Software as a research artifact
HEnRY
Research and implementation around hierarchical agent orchestration for multi-domain contexts.
agentbuddy
An open-source Python package for experiments and practical workflows involving intelligent agents.
agentlink
A lightweight open-source building block for connecting components in agent-oriented applications.
How I work
From strategy
to capability.
Agentic AI
Multi-agent architectures, orchestration, evaluation, reliability, and the path from prototype to production.
AI Engineering
Designing dependable AI systems around real constraints, human users, and enterprise environments.
Enterprise Architecture
Architecture, integration, governance, security, observability, lifecycle management, and operating models for sustainable adoption.
Technical Leadership
Growing organizational capability alongside technology, so teams can manage the next wave of change—not simply react to it.
About me
Technology · Transformation · Leadership
Making emerging technology
adoptable at scale.
My expertise is understanding an organization's business strategy and turning it into a concrete, executable, and sustainable technology path.
My research path began at the CAD Group of Politecnico di Torino and continues today as a Visiting Researcher at UC Berkeley EECS. In parallel, more than ten years at Intesa Sanpaolo have taken me through successive waves of transformation—from Big Data, to Cloud, to enterprise AI.
How do we bridge the gap between what emerging technologies make possible and what a large enterprise can adopt safely, sustainably, and at scale?
Open-source ecosystems demonstrate what is technically possible. My work focuses on building what is missing around them: architecture, integration, governance, security, observability, lifecycle management, interoperability, and operating models that turn technology into an enterprise capability.
The real value of transformation is to leave the organization more capable than it was before.
What transformation taught me
Research taught me to explore what could become possible.
Engineering taught me to make it real.
Enterprise architecture taught me to make it sustainable and scalable.
Leadership taught me that people must grow with the systems they build.
